Kazutada Kobayashi has been replaced by Manabu Yamazaki as Canon India’s CEO. Kazutada worked with Canon for nine years. He was leading the growth in the Indian market. Before his new role, he served as chief executive officer for East China’s region, overseeing various activities in the APAC region. Yamazaki has been associated with Canon since 1989 and has a significant impact on business management in European, Middle East, Russian, and African markets.

A veteran leader, Yamazaki wears many hats throughout his career. He will oversee the implementation of strategies in Canon India and be tasked with strengthening existing key businesses and enhancing product photography expertise. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused uncertainty, hopelessness in all sorts of companies. The company added new products to its portfolio and also expanded its regional facilities last year.
Manabu Yamazaki on, his appointment, said, “I feel really appreciated and delighted work with Canon India team and to take the future endeavors to the next level. People who have been working here are highly professional and enthusiastic with their work and work really hard to achieve success. India is a vast country with so many cultures and traditions and has a large number of youth.
